Bad Luck and Trouble by Lee Child
This is the eleventh novel in Lee Child's Jack Reacher series. Child is a British ex-pat who relocated to America in the 90s in the hopes of becoming a bestselling author. To date all of his books involve his character, Jack Reacher, and he has built a steady and dedicated following of crime fiction readers. He has also won several genre awards.
This is the 21st novel in Jonathan Kellerman's series of crime novels featuring his character Alex Delaware. Kellerman is a prolific and popular writer of the genre who has been releasing novels since the mid-80s. His wife, Faye Kellerman, has been writing crime fiction for almost just as long, and their son, Jesse Kellerman, has just released his second crime novel this year. Talk about keeping it in the family!
